Accessing settings
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the header to open Settings. Settings are organised into four tabs.
General settings
Configure your workspace basics:

| Workspace name | Your company or team name displayed throughout eggz |
| Timezone | Affects date display and reporting periods |
| Reporting currency | Default currency for analytics and dashboards |
| Industry | Helps AI categorise expenses more accurately |
Billing
View and manage your subscription:
- See your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- View document processing limits and current usage
- Manage payment methods
Plan limits

| Team members | Number of users in your workspace |
| Integrations | Available third-party connections |
Manage your team:
- Invite new members to your workspace by email
- View current team members and their roles
- Remove members who no longer need access
User management is powered by WorkOS. Invited users receive an email to create their account or sign in with an existing one.

| Admin | Full access to all data, settings, integrations, and user management |
| Member | Access to own data only. Cannot manage settings, billing, or users. |
Integrations
Connect and manage external services:
- Connect/disconnect your Xero account
- Sync data manually: Customers, Chart of Accounts, Invoices, Bills, Quotes
- Map accounts: Assign eggz expense categories to Xero account codes

- Connect/disconnect your Gmail account using WorkOS Pipes
- When connected, eggz can detect invoices, bills, and receipts in your inbox
Both integrations can be set up during onboarding or at any time from this settings page.
